Account data (name, email, organisation, sector, organisation size) provided at signup; assessment data you enter; evidence files you upload; and basic technical data such as browser type and approximate location derived from your IP address.

3. Why we use it

To provide the service, keep your work available across devices, calculate scores and roadmaps, support you, administer billing, and improve the platform.

4. Evidence files and AI scoring

Where you choose to use AI evidence scoring, the text or files you submit for that control are sent to a third-party model provider to produce a suggested score. The local pre-check tool does not upload anything — it runs entirely in your browser.

5. Where data is stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers using access controls that restrict each organisation's data to that organisation. Evidence files are held in private storage requiring an authenticated request.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, and where required by law.

7. Retention

We keep account and assessment data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing Info@uis-me.com.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and theme.
