Terms of Service

1. Who we are

UIS Compass is operated by Ultima Integrated Solutions (UIS), a company registered in Jordan. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. The service

UIS Compass is a self-service maturity assessment platform covering multiple governance, risk and compliance frameworks. It produces maturity scores, gap analyses, roadmaps and supporting evidence records based on the information you enter.

3. Not certification or legal advice

UIS Compass is an assessment and improvement tool. It is not a certification body, and a score produced by the platform is not a certification, accreditation or audit opinion. Guidance is practitioner interpretation synthesised from published standards, not a substitute for the standards themselves or for professional advice.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity of users you invite to your organisation. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the assessment data, evidence and records you create. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other customers' data, resell access without a partner agreement, or use the platform unlawfully.

7. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be notified where practical.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any regulatory outcome arising from decisions you take using the platform.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan.
